Conditional on Purchaser being able to develop the property


This agreement is conditional upon the Purchaser being satisfied in all respects that he is able to develop the property in a manner acceptable to him. Should the Purchaser in good faith be dissatisfied with any restriction, limitation or other constraint, the Purchaser may terminate this agreement by notice in writing to the Vendor or the Vendors Solicitor, such notice to give the reason or reasons for the cancellation including supportin g documentation where relevant.   If such notice is not received by 4pm on the 10th working day after the date of this agreement, the Purchaser shall be deemed to have waived his rights under this condition, time being of the essence.
