Passing on information to a Purchaser - Disclaimer

Note 1: This is not needed on a copy of the title.

Note 2: use this with caution.   It is very difficult to disclaim out of liability as an agent but it is better to have this than not if passing information on..

The Purchaser herein acknowledges that information provided by the Vendor was obtained from Statutory Bodies and is supplied to the Purchaser in good faith by the Agent without any liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or any other factor and that the Purchaser relies on their own judgement in assessing that information.

If passing on information separately from the agreement I recommend having a clause on a sticky label as follows:

This document is provided by the Vendor to the Purchaser in good faith and passed on by the Agent

without any liability or responsibility for its accuracy or completeness. The Purchaser must rely on

their own judgement in assessing the information.                          (Name of Agency)
