We, the ingoing tenants of the above property acknowledge that we have been given the keys to the property prior to the commencement of the Tenancy.

 

The keys are provided for us to be able to store some of our goods and to prepare the property for our occupancy.

 

We confirm that any keys provided for this purpose will be returned to you forthwith upon any request by you or any credited representative of yours at any time prior to the commencement of the Tenancy.

 

We also confirm that the granting of storage rights does not grant or imply possession of the property or a right to occupy. 

 

We accept all general and financial liability and risk in the event of theft or damage to our goods or to the property and all legal and financial liability in the event that any incident or damage occurs as a result of the storage of the goods or of us accessing the property.
