Purchaser has the right to enter and work on property


Forthwith upon the sale becoming unconditional the Vendor grants to the Purchaser the right to enter onto the property for the purpose of 


       (define the purpose for giving access e.g. cleaning, decorating, repairs to .............., measuring, etc, etc)

All work undertaken by the Purchaser shall be undertaken in a good and workmanlike manner and, where appropriate, in accordance with the requirements of any relevant authority with approvals of that authority obtained promptly on completion of the works. In the event that the Purchaser fails to settle for the property he shall be liable for the cost of restoring the property to its original condition and removing all loose materials and rubbish except that to the extent that the Vendor accepts the property as left by the Purchaser then there will be no financial compensation payable to the Purchaser.
