Compliance Clause. This is an excellent clause that I have used for many years. It can be used instead of the standard LIM clause (Cl 8.2 in the ADLS 8th Edition) to give the purchaser better ability to check the property and prevent them cancelling the agreement on frivolous and unreasonable grounds.

If the Vendor wishes to be able to accept a back-up agreement, you will need to include an Escape Clause
